It is the tenants responsibility to ensure permissions are sought and agreed with the legal owners of the property for example for changing wall colours and tiles and adding objects to walls. Rental Makeovers are happy to liaise on your behalf if you take the project management service.

Refund Policy
Refund policy:
24 hour cancellation policy for full refund of scheduled appointments.
Rescheduling of appointments without penalty allowed up to a maximum of 3 reschedules. 24 hours notice must be given.
Following 3 reschedules a 50% charge for the appointment will occur.
If less than 24 hours notice given, a 50% refund will apply with 14 days.
